POLICIES AND CANCELLATIONS

The use of the site

You can only use our website to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use our site to make false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. We may, at any time and without notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any of the components of our site. Reservations / booking details

Deposit Requirement

Cancellation by Peruinka Intertravel

We can cancel a trip at any time before departure if, because of terrorism, natural disasters, political instability and other external events are not viable for us in the planned itinerary. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be minus administrative costs. Travel Agency reserves the right to change the order of services duly sent or posted on the Web site for better development of activities - causes that justify it.

RESPONSIBILITY

Peruinka Intertravel SAC, in exercising every possible precaution, will not assume responsibility for damages, injuries, losses, additional expenses due to delays or any other cause whatsoever, whether a person or property in connection with any service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God or force majeure.

Cancellation by the traveler

Reservation changes
